William B Keena, Jr.

William Boyd Keena, Jr., 79, of Cavalier, ND, passed away Thursday, February 25, 2021, at the Pembina County Memorial Hospital, Cavalier, ND. A private memorial service will be held Friday, February 26, 2021.

William was born September 30, 1941, in Cavalier, ND, to William B. and Sarah (Anderson) Keena. Bill grew up in the Hamilton area, and graduated from Hamilton High School. He attended college at Mayville State University and then worked for Gregory Ford in Cavalier. Bill moved to California where he worked as a car salesman. He later returned to Cavalier.

He enjoyed riding his bike and playing tennis with his brother, Rodney.

He is survived by his daughter, Sarah (Chris) Hecht; two granddaughters; special friend, Eleanore Bonaime; and siblings: Maxine (Marvin) McIntyre, Rodney (Shirley) Keena, and Sharon (Dale) O’Hara.

He was preceded in death by his daughter, Claire Keena; parents; and siblings Ray and Audrey.
