Ryan Brantner, 39, passed away on June 22, 2026. Though his time with us was far too short, he leaves behind many memories that will forever be cherished by those who knew and loved him.
Ryan found joy in life's simple pleasures. He loved spending time with friends, working bull racing events, and traveling whenever he had the opportunity. Whether lending a helping hand, sharing a laugh, or enjoying the excitement of the rodeo community, Ryan touched the lives of many with his presence.
Above all, Ryan loved his family. He is survived by his beloved daughter, Ivy Carrington, and Ivy's mother, Julianna Carrington; his sister, Victoria Brantner; his estranged mother, Julia Tracy; his aunt and uncle, David and Lauri Rottmayer; and many other relatives and friends who will carry his memory in their hearts.
Ryan's passing is a heartbreaking reminder that struggles are not always visible. He will be remembered not for the way he died, but for the moments he shared, the friendships he built, and the love he gave throughout his life.
Ryan's family wishes to acknowledge the deep, often hidden pain that accompanies mental health struggles. In lieu of flowers, they gently ask that donations be made to suicide prevention and mental health awareness organizations.
