Rudolph J. "Rudy" Kram age 76 of Walhalla, ND died on Friday, September 2, 2005, at the Pembilier Nursing Center, Walhalla. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, September 5, 2005, at 10:30 a.m. at the St. Boniface Catholic Church, Walhalla, ND. Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 4th from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. with a 7:00 p.m. prayer service at the church. Burial in the St. Boniface Catholic Cemetery. Arrangements with Nelson-Askew Funeral Home, Walhalla, ND.
Rudolph J. Kram was born March 27, 1929, at Dresden, ND to Jacob and Lena (Stremick) Kram. He attended grade school in Wales and graduated from Hannah High School. Rudy then attended Aakers Business College and then was drafted into the U.S. Army. After his discharge from the service he attended Minot State College receiving a teaching degree. He taught high school in Walhalla for 13 years, then bought Lorenz Insurance where he worked until his retirement in 1995.
On August 12, 1958, he married Yvette Beauchamp at Olga, ND.
He is survived by his wife, Yvette; children, Karen (Patrick) Restad, Adams, ND; Barbara (Wayne) Chale, Pembina, ND; Patricia Kram, Grafton, ND; Diane (Keith) Due, Washburn, ND; Kelly and Dean Kram, both of Walhalla, ND; grandchildren, Britney, Kelly, Blaine, Krista, and Bradey Restad; Amanda and Matthew Chale; Nicholas, Tyler, and Tanner Due; sister, Josephine Gapp, Langdon, ND; brothers, Leo Kram, Wales, ND and Jacob Kram, Langdon, ND.
Rudy was preceded in death by his parents, sister, Ann Gapp; and brothers, Anton, Edward, George, John, and Percy Kram.

Casket Bearers: Matthew Chale, Brian Kram, Jeff Kram, Roger Kram, Blaine Restad, and Kelly Restad.
