Pearl Olafson

Pearl M. Olafson, 88, of Cavalier, ND passed away Saturday, February 23, 2019 at Wedgewood Manor, Cavalier, ND.

Pearl Martha Restemayer was born December 15, 1930 at Cavalier, ND to Mahlon and Alma (Walper) Restemayer.

On July 25, 1948, she married Mundi Olafson at Cavalier, ND. Pearl loved spending time with her family and made many trips to New Jersey to visit them, she also looked forward to going to Ocean City every time she came to NJ. Pearl worked at Borg home for eight years and then started cleaning homes, which she enjoyed.

She is survived by two granddaughters: Ashley Grant, her husband Mahlon and Amy Brown and her fiancé Bobby Blizzard all of Millville, NJ and a very special friend Margaux Lindsay of Cavalier, ND

Preceding her in death were her parents; husband, Mundi; daughter and son-in-law, Carol Olafson Brown and Ricky Brown; brothers: Glenn, Sterling, and Ernest; sister, Dorothy Pitcher.

A memorial service will be held Monday, June 3, 2019 at 11:00 a.m.at the Trinity United Methodist Church in Cavalier, ND. Burial will be held in the Andvari Cemetery.
