Judy Tetrault, 81, of Langdon, ND, passed away Tuesday, April 29, 2025, at Maple Manor Care Center in Langdon, ND.
Judy was born October 2, 1943, in Langdon, ND, to Frank and Ruby (Coyle) Gellner. She attended country school and St. Alphonsus in Langdon. On June 23, 1962, Judy married Lorne Tetrault at St. Alphonsus Catholic Church in Langdon. Judy & Lorne owned and operated the Bread Pan Bakery in Langdon and then she was the manager at Highway Laundry for her brother, Kenny, for many years before retiring.
Judy was a Minnesota Vikings fan and an avid Cardinal sports follower and supporter. Because she attended so many events, she became grandmother to many. You could always count on seeing Judy in the stands cheering for the participants. Judy also loved to visit and spend time with her friends and family. Her faith was very important to her. She was a member of St. Alphonsus Church and altar society.
Surviving Judy are her husband, Lorne, of Langdon; children: Lori (Kevin) Roy of Langdon, Lorna Pederson of grafton, ND, Barbara Tetrault of Fargo, ND, and Marty (Angie Sanders) of Langdon; grandchildren: Anthony (Mauri) Roy, Alexa (Nick) Lundquist, Amy (Brandon) Thilmony, Steven Balsdon (Katie), Alexander (McKayla) Balsdon, Grant Schempp, Cole Schempp, Ashton Britt, Conner (Jordyn) Tetrault, Corissa Tetrault, Carter Tetrault, Halle Sanders, Jake Sanders; great-grandchildren: Levi Roy, Emmitt Roy, Ivan Roy, Ella Lundquist, Emma Thilmony, Hannah Thilmony, Avery Thilmony, Madison Balsdon, Erika Balsdon, Isla Balsdon, Isaiah Hernandez, Frank Hernandez, Lincoln Hernandez; sister Mary Ellen (Ken) Heck; sisters-in-law: Agnes, Bev, Donna and Lola Gellner along with many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; in-laws Amie & Alma Tetrault; and siblings: Eunice (James) Bowles, Daryl Gellner, James Gellner, Kenny Gellner, Mike Gellner and Duane Gellner.
Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, May 3, 2025, at St. Alphonsus Church in Langdon, ND, with visitation starting at 9:00 a.m. Burial of ashes will be at Calvary Cemetery in Langdon.
Memorials may be directed to Maple Manor Care Center or Hospice of the Red River Valley.
