I didnt know Dorothy as well as I would have liked, but I loved listening to her tell the stories of the old days when she was growing up, and how the families would get together. She could crack herself up better than anyone else could telling those stories....She will be missed, but I pray that shes having a hoot up in Heaven with all of that have gone before her.

I worked for Dorothy for awhile. We talked more then worked and I enjoyed every minute of it! We've laughed together, cried together, and prayed together. She was a dedicated Catholic. She watched and said the rosary everyday at 10:30 on TV. She really enjoyed visiting with her priest as she spoke about him alot. Dorothy cracked me up too. She had me clean her apartment and would follow me around to make sure I was doing everything correctly. She'd always tell me to vacuum the couch because her neighbor would come at night and they would sit and eat icecream on the couch together and her friend would leave crumbs Everytime I tried to throw away the friends dirty napkin, she'd tell me to leave it because her friend would be back that night and she can reuse it ohh man she was a hoot! Going to miss her but I also know how happy she is now that she with the love of her life, again. RIP Dorothy

Dorothy Mae was one of my favorite little ladies. She always knew how to turn every situation into a joke & laughter. She was always looking on the bright side. I will miss her giggles, conversations, & most of all her radiant smile. Dorothy was one of a kind & she will forever be in my heart. Rest easy my friend.
