I occasionally look at obituaries in the GF Herald and was disappointed to hear of Donnie’s death. I was his teacher in 7th and 8th grade. My sincere condolences to Bonnie Stoa and her family. He was a good person.

I went to school with Donnie but before that we battled on the basketball court. I played for Lawton and he played for Fairdale. He had a great shot and it was always a tough game against them. Great guy. RIP Donnie!
