Daniel Schweitzer

Daniel P. Schweitzer, 34, formerly of Walhalla, ND passed away Monday, December 4, 2017 at Altru Hospital, Grand Forks, ND. Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday, December 9, 2017 at 2:30 p.m. at St. Boniface Catholic Church, Walhalla, ND. Visitation at the church for one hour before the time of services. Burial will be held in the St. Boniface Catholic Cemetery in Walhalla.
Daniel was born January 9, 1983 at Cavalier, ND to Stanley and Tully (Saylor) Schweitzer. He grew up in Walhalla and graduated from Walhalla High School. Daniel then attended Lake Region State College in Devils Lake and graduated with his degree in liberal arts.
The love of his life was Carrie Oberry, as his wife they owned and operated D&C Farms in Grand Forks. Things he enjoyed were fishing, camping, watching movies, playing games, and spending time with his family.
He is survived by Carrie Oberry, Grand Forks, ND; parents, Stanley and Tully Schwietzer, Walhalla, ND;
Sister, Christine (Michael) Henke and their son Chase, Cavalier, ND.
Preceding him in death were his grandparents and one uncle.
