Cornella Wylie

Cornella J. Wylie, 73, of Park River, ND, passed away Friday, June 21, 2019 at her home in Park River. A graveside service will be held Friday, July 12, 2019, at 10:30 a.m. at the Hillside Cemetery in Walhalla, ND.

Cornella was born May 31, 1946, in Langdon, ND, to Cornelius and Nettie (Letkeman) Wieler. Cornella grew up in the Walhalla area and graduated from Walhalla High School in 1964. After school, she worked at the phone company in Grafton, ND. On July 13, 1968, Cornella was untied in marriage to Richard Wylie. After their marriage they lived and farmed in the Pisek area. They then moved to Fordville where she worked at the grocery store and as a bartender. She later moved to Park River where she worked at the Good Samaritan Center.

Cornella enjoyed crafts and pets, especially her dog, Mimi.

Cornella is survived by her siblings: Randall (Carol) Wieler and Birdella (Quane) Sims, all of Walhalla, ND.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and husband, Richard.
