Charles Wallis Thomas, 59, passed away on April 1, 2026, in Neche.

Born on November 9, 1966, Charles grew up in Newport Beach. He was an intelligent and creative man with a unique sense of humor and a perspective all his own. While not always easily understood, those who knew him recognized his individuality and the depth of his character.

Charles lived a life marked by both challenges and independence, remaining true to himself along the way. He had a special love for his dogs and cats, who brought him comfort and companionship.

He is survived by his parents and his three brothers, who remember him with love.
