Brenda Rosenau

Brenda K. Rosenau, 62, of Cavalier, ND, passed away Wednesday, April 5, 2023, at the Borg Pioneer Home, Mountain, ND. No servies will be held.

Brenda was born December 25, 1960, in Long Beach, CA, to Fred and Kathleen (Wessels) Kollack, and grew up in the Park Center area. Brenda began working at the Pembina County Memorial Hospital in 1982. In 1998, she started working at Clinicare and filled in at the Pembilier Nursing Center in Walhalla, ND, retiring in 2013. Brenda loved nursing and helping scared children or adults get the care they needed.

Some of the things she enjoyed were reading books, making tie blankets, and watching tv. She especially enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren. Brenda had a great personality and sense of humor.

She is survived by her sons: Jeremy (Karla) Rosenau, Grand Forks, ND; and Jason Rosenau, Crystal, ND; grandchildren, Meadow and Logan; and her cat, Corona.

She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Barbara Kelley; and brother-in-law, Darwin Winkler.

Brenda’s family would like to thank all her friends and neighbors for the love and care that was provided to her.
