Sarah, Michael and Bill's family, so sorry for your loss. I got to know Billy when he and my dad Stanley Goulet worked together for Stremick's Construction in Walhalla. He always had a smile for you and loved to chat. When I moved back to this area, Billy was working for the city. Then I worked for the city and Billy would come in and visit or such and he remembered who I was and my dad. I called him "Trouble" and he always would say "No, you are trouble," and we would laugh together. RIP Billy, you worked hard all your life and now its time to rest and bask in the glory of our dear Lord. You will be missed.
