Curtis and Bettie Lou loved children, they were blessed with 11 children, 5 by birth, 5 by adoption plus one adult foster son, and 17 grandchildren. Bettie Lou always had time for her kids, no matter what was going on Bettie Lou ( ââ¬ÅMamaââ¬Å¥ or ââ¬ÅGrandmaââ¬Å¥) made sure those around her knew they were loved, not by what she said, but how she lived. She was called ââ¬ÅGrandmaââ¬Å¥ by many children not even related. Her gracious and hospitable spirit was beautiful to behold.
She enjoyed visiting with family and friends, playing piano, going on dates with her husband, puzzles, taking care of her grand-kids and honorary grand-kids, and picnics, to name a few.
She is survived by her husband, Curtis Stegman and her children Ben (Heather) Stegman, Andrew (Lillian) Stegman, Timothy (Louisa) Stegman, Isaac (Sarah) Stegman, Rachel (Seth) Waddington, Justin Stegman, Anna (Jack) Veurink, Eric Stegman, Lance Stegman and foster son, Mike T.
