Abe A. Fehr

Abe A Fehr, 89, of Walhalla, ND passed away Sunday, February 18, 2018 at the Wedgewood Manor, Cavalier, ND. Funeral service will be held Wednesday, February 21, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. at the Walhalla Assembly of God Church, Walhalla, ND. Visitation at the church for one hour before the time of services. Burial will be held at the Hillside Cemetery, Walhalla, ND.
Abe A Fehr was born August 26, 1928 at Haskett, Manitoba to David and Maria (Dyck) Fehr. He grew up and attended school at Haskett. Abe then lived with his brother John near Gretna, Manitoba working on the farm. On April 19, 1953, he married Anna Wieler. After their marriage they farmed in the Gretna area and moved to Walhalla in 1963. While in Walhalla, he farmed and worked for several area farmers.
Things he enjoyed were music, singing, and vacationing with his family.
He is survived by his children: Harlee (Colleen) Fehr, Cavalier, ND and Rhonda Fehr, Blaine, WA; grandson, James (Laura) Fehr; great-granddaughters: Madeline and Natalie Fehr.
Preceding him in death were his parents; wife, Anna; siblings: Justina Fehr, Mary Brown, David, Issac, and Jacob Fehr, Susan Peckover, John Fehr, and Elizabeth Klassen.
